The current version of Sophos Endpoint Protection is not compatible with the upcoming release of Apple macOS Big Sur. Aimersoft video converter ultimate for mac. Upgrading to macOS Big Sur will result in endpoint protection being disabled; LITS will be blocking this upgrade on College-owned Macs to prevent this from happening.
LITS also recommends that community members do not upgrade any personally-owned macOS clients running Sophos Endpoint Protection to macOS Big Sur at this time.

Mac Big Sur Anti Virus
This new macOS release is not compatible with UArizona’s primary endpoint protection software: Sophos. This only affects Apple computers and not iPhones, iPads, or Apple Watches. Therefore, we are not recommending updating to macOS 11 Big Sur until the Sophos becomes compatible. MacOS 11 “Big Sur” Support for macOS 11 Apple macOS 11 will be released on the 12 th November, it is not supported for Endpoint Protection by Sophos yet. We plan to create an EAP in Central to test this release soon, please check in the Early Access Programs area in Central. Sophos Endpoint Big Sur
Just upgraded to Mac OS Big Sur last night and Sophos Home (Premium) seems to be having issues. Paint for mac best. Specifically, the Sophos Home icon remains red with a message that Security & Private settings need to be updated. I've looked at the instructions here on the Sophos website, but nothing addresses this issue.
