  • Have you never downloaded an NZB file before?

  • It's very simple... First pointer is don't think to fast and take it slow step by step.

  • Step 1: Understand what NZB files are and how-to use them. Please find time to read all these.. Sorry for the boring introduction but it is better that you understand what it is all about first. read this.. What is Usenet?

  • STEP 2: Now if that has not scared you off try downloading a beginners software. I like to recommend ALT BinZ.

  • STEP 3: Take your time setting up the preferences/options and don't worry about anything you don't understand. Just keep your attention directed toward the downloads folder as you want to know where your download is going to end up when it has completed downloading.

  • STEP 4: The most important part of downloading content from Newsgroups is to be a subscriber of a news server. I recommend Astraweb as they have one of the best retentions. This means you can access content that has been uploaded to the newsgroups a long time ago.

  • STEP 5: Very similar to Torrent files the logic is to simply start/run the NZB file with the software (In this case ALT BinZ).

  • Not an expert TUT but with the right attitude anyone can do this and be a happy NZB grabber in no time.
